Jacob Heilbrun, a Senior Editor at the National Interest joins us to discuss how such bad performance art could dominate the presidential stage as the bizarre antics of Herman Cain seem to suggest he is not a serious candidate, yet more and more Republican voters appear to be taking him seriously.
