We begin with Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager Robby Mook’s accusation that the Russians are behind the leak of the DNC emails by Wikileaks on the eve of the Democratic convention that have reignited friction between supporters of Bernie Sanders and Clinton and caused the Democratic Party to cancel appearances by the Chair of DNC who was supposed to preside over next week’s Democratic convention in Philadelphia. Masha Gessen, a Russian/American journalist and author of “The Man Without a Face: The Unlikely Rise of Vladimir Putin”, joins us to discuss how much Vladimir Putin is tipping the scales against Hillary Clinton in favor of Donald Trump who Russian state media and Putin’s English-language propaganda outlet RT clearly support. Since investigations done by CrowdStrike, a reputable Internet forensic operation have traced the hacks of The Clinton Foundation and the DNC to Russian Intelligence services, we will assess the role of Wikileaks in dumping these hacked emails which Julian Assange warned earlier on his show on RT that “we have emails relating to Hillary Clinton which are pending publication”. |

Then we speak with Kristen Breitweiser, the 9/11 widow and activist who pressured a reluctant Bush Administration to investigate the 9/11 attacks and has testified before the joint inquiry of Congress and the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee and has an article at Consortium News, “The Long-Hidden Saudi 9/11 Trail” which points out that the recently-released 28 pages classified by the Bush Administration which Saudi and U.S. officials have tried to downplay and gaslight, contain explosive revelations which are in fact leads that were not run down and investigated because of pressure from the top not to investigate the Saudis. |
