Nate Silver is a statistician, analyst, journalist, and writer. He ran the website FiveThirtyEight.com, and his blog, FiveThirtyEight: Nate Silver’s Political Calculus, appears on the New York Times’s website. He accurately predicted the winner in 49 of 50 states in the 2008 election and in April of 2009 Times Magazine named him one of The World's 100 Most Influential People.

Stephen Lemons  is a reporter and columnist for the Phoenix New Times, where he covers Arizona politics. He also writes the politics blog, “The Feathered Bastard.”

Graham E. Fuller is a former vice chairman of the National Intelligence Council at the CIA. He also served as the CIA’s Kabul station chief and as a senior political scientist at RAND. Currently an adjunct professor of history at Simon Fraser University, he has lived and worked in the Muslim world for nearly two decades and is the author of numerous books about the Middle East, including The Future of Political Islam and most recently A World Without Islam.
